01) SITE INSPECTION We do a site inspection with you and discuss the areas to be covered. 02) TECH RIDER We give you a provisional tech rider which can be used as a guide line planning the order of events. Believe me this one is important as we have seen a lot of mishaps if not giving the necessary attention here, especially during the ceremony. 03) SOUND FOR CEREMONY We provide sound for the Ceremony. Sound is clean and clear so that every word is audible to the audience. We make a Mp3 recording of the sermon and vows as backup sound track for video editing, or just to listen to your vows 20 years down the line. We are also capable of mixing small bands if needed here we have a very good name in the industry with a lot of professional musicians enjoying our sound. 04) BACKGROUND MUSIC Then we provide background music at the cocktail hour or photo session. We can accommodate a small band like a violinist and guitar as well if needed. 05) SOUND FOR RECEPTION The reception is normally divided into a few time slots. The walk in, speeches, dinner, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter. We set up a different sound system for the venue and play the necessary music as requested. Speeches are also recorded on Mp3 for future use. We prefer it if the bride couple selects or approves all the music as it is their day to enjoy. 06) SLIDE SHOW We can also provide a screen and projector for photo slide show if requested. |
